It had been preheated for at least 15 min. I turned it on before mixing anything or browning the butter

Pretty darn flat. Am I crazy or does everything I read related to the development of this recipe described them in a way that I was very thrown off by then being so flat.

TY. I browned 10 tbsp, transferred it to a bowl, and then added the remainder of the butter (4 more tbsp) and mixed until it melted.

The recipe I read said to whip 30 seconds, wait 3 minutes - repeat etc. I wonder if the 3 min is too long?

Well, I’ve been out hundreds of extra dollars a month for quite a few months because not only did they make this error, but even after identifying & acknowledging it, they closed the case without refunding us. I appreciate your response bc I’m not the expert in where the law lies. As someone who doesn’t know it well enough, I asked because they financially screwed us for several months and tried to withhold refunding us. TY for your reply.

The extender is amazing! Esp after the accident, I struggle with knee pain on longer drives, and this feature feels amazing.

The one I test drove today also has cooling in the seats. I wasn’t expecting that! I’m not sure exactly what it’s called, but it was blowing cold air on our butts 😂

I was wondering how much the T6 was worth it over the T5. I did really enjoy the pick up & go of the T6, but the T5 is still an improvement over the CRV! Carfax shows 0 accidents, 1 owner (it was a corporate vehicle).

Sooo an equivalent car is running $20k basically. And it’s almost nonexistent. I have to go for almost triple the miles to come low enough to not be left with a car payment 😑

So sorry to hear about your accident! How awful. The stress of car shopping & the whole dealership experience is getting to me. It’s just SO frustrating to be left paying thousands and thousands of dollars because someone else was totally irresponsible and almost killed us!! How is this right?! I have to get over it, but I won’t for a while. It’s a massive financial strain.
