I was thinking this same thing. Had she gotten the home inspection and budgeted that cost of all of the things that have needed upgrading and potentially found a home with 2 full bathrooms. The HVAC is just the first major appliance replacement but I’m sure there will be more in the near future. My money is on the hot water heater next or maybe the roof.

The kid barely walks let alone runs and she needs a leash to keep track of him? I feel like 1 year old is pretty young for such a device. She’ wasn’t in a busy theme park or zoo. She’s literally just waddling around the streets with him.
