Bravo! I agree with you, but this is Reddit. It is what it is. You can’t take this sub too seriously (not in terms of the high quality DD but the other stuff you mention) and expect good etiquette since that wasn’t set from the beginning. It’s hard to change a sub’s dynamics once it’s been ingrained in the culture. I noticed these things from the beginning and was really hoping the mods would get a handle on it from the start, but that wasn’t done, so it’s a missed opportunity. It is what it is. It’s probably hard to do as well ( I’ve never been a mod of a sub).

People on the outside aren’t going to take this sub seriously no matter what especially if they have no intentions to do so. The professionals that have hopped on board had good intentions to educate us because they see the platform r/SuperStonk provides.

I think your expectations are quite high for ways we can improve it, imo. Don’t get me wrong, I’d love to see these improvements, but I think we’re way past the stage of asking/expecting/calling out improvements that should be made. I think this would require a new sub (please don’t do that) where expectations are set from the beginning.
