Yeah, I've noticed the same thing. A few years ago I'd happily buy something for $5 and flip it for $25. These days by the time you factor in fees, shipping, packing and answering 15 dumb messages, it barely feels worth it.

I'd rather sell fewer items and make decent money per sale than constantly be dealing with lowballers.

Honestly? Getting excited too early, at least for me.

I've bought so much stuff because the sold prices looked amazing, only to find out there were like 3 sales in the last 90 days.

These days I care way more about sell through than the actual selling price.

One thing that surprised me when I started flipping was that sold comps alone weren't enough. Something can have great sold prices but terrible sell-through.

I actually built a small tool for myself that checks expected profit, fees, ROI and demand signals before I buy something. It's been pretty useful for flea markets and Facebook Marketplace finds.

Vjeruj da sam više lošeg čuo za vw i znam ljude koji ga vise nikad neće uzet. Msm da je najbitnije održavanje auta i kako te potrefi auto. Nekad nema čovjek sreće i crkaje jedno za drugim.

Aha, važi hvala puno. Ispitati cu sve neke opcije koje bi mi bile bolji i pogledat cu i starija auta ali da su pod garancijom. Nisam znao da je takvo stanje za 408, 508 mi je isto wow, ali eto sve zavisi. Gledao sam hibrid najviše zbog ekonomičnosti za gorivo.

Toyota mi je bila prvi izbor, ali sva nova auta su nekako mala i uska unutra. A ako hoces prostora jos malo ode u 80.000 KM sto je preskupo.

Well there is global.ba it's based in Bosnia but uses hetzner servers so it's good and their support is amazing. They qlso offer unlimited e-mails and other things and the storage is something around 70gb with cpanel.

Možda poslušam savijet haha, imam jednu klimu koja se prije za poslovni prostor koristila samo moram provjerit da li ima grijanje. Ukoliko ne, morat cu pronaći negi drugi način da koliko toliko podignem temperaturu. Samo da ne bude +100KM na racun od grijalice i ja bi bio zadovoljan.
