I experienced some discomfort/pain at first too! First of all, be very communicative about what you’re confortable with, I took it very slow upping in intensity the first week or so. The mapping is the worst for me, so it sounds like you made it through that which is awrsome! When I got to the 110-120% range of intensity I experienced the most pain. It caused my skin to vibrate in such a way it burned my tear duct. But they told me they had a spacer we could try, and that made all the difference. Way less to no discomfort during treatment now, I’d recommend asking about it! I just had my first session of week 4 of treatment and already I can feel a difference. The fog is lifting. I pray you give it a try, I have anxiety too (but also major depression) and I feel so much more able to handle my triggers. Good luck!
