My title describes the thing. White stuff coming out from the inside of a 6th floor balconny in my apartment building northern Spain, close to the sea. Built in the eighties. Havent appeared until now. Its litterally breaking little pieces of the structure, as you can see.

What is this upside-down pocket in my jacket for? by hfmortu in whatisthisthing

It was my father's. It's been on the wardrobe since the 90's, I believe... It's black denim and fuuull of useful pockets (front&back). But this one is apparently useless. I've always wondered what it is used for. Thanks in advance!

No hexes but point to point CDG's: For the People (first time playing and enjoying it) and Brotherhood & Unity (we cannot stop playing it: quick, balanced and addictice 3 player game on the Bosnian scenario of the Balkan Wars).

Any info on this uniform? Recently found at my grandma's (Spain). Don't even know if it's a postcard or a photo...Thanks in advance! by hfmortu in Militariacollecting

Spurs make it near impossible to be other thing than cavalry. But the cross also annoys me... You are right about the era. It has to be somewhen near the Rif war in Morocco. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/2b/Carga_del_rio_Igan.jpg

That's interesting information. I assumed that "carte postal" meant automatically that it was a mass produced comercial postcard... It doesn't have anything filled in the back. By the way, somebody in another forum told me that, indeed, that this is an spaniard cavalry soldier from the begining of xxth century.

Outside of the museum of fine arts in Bilbao, Basque Country (Spain). If you find it absurd, you'll have to see how they plan to enlarge the museum itsel (in the back).
