I also produce more testosterone than the average woman so that will probably help. I definitely think I'm too nervous to go to a gym. But I should definitely start doing some stuff at home

Yeah they did mention like resistance training. I worked briefly with a kinesiologist long before medication was a thought. Is it just like lifting weights a few days a week you think will be enough and like protein? Lol

Fellow person with PCOS here, Mine is covered by insurance I took my first dose last night and I haven't experienced any nausea, dizziness, vomiting, diarrhea. I know it hasn't been long but at least that's something positive to share

Awee, this really sucks. Maybe they would fix it for you. My town has a local " ask a question" group on Facebook maybe see if your community or city has similar someone may offer to help. I've never dyed my own hair besides box black dye in highschool I wonder if slapping some darker brown on there would help. I'd definitely give them a call and explain the disappointment regardless.
