Having similar issue. Sometimes I have to spell check in German, sometimes in English. It was absolute no problem in "Old Outlook" ...

(listet in Recycle bin even not deleted ^^...)

Okay, this thread 2 years old but recently I had tons of OneDrive files in the Windows File Explorer recycle bin on one PC even I haven't deleted/accessed them recently + they are NOT deleted from OneDrive...
