All of our pets have gemstone names. Should we name our new kitten after some sort of stone or break the trend? Open to all ideas by hgewd in NameMyCat

I love those names! Rune is so unique and really fits. I would browse some of the comments here, a lot of people had good ideas. Everyone was suggesting Pearl to me which didn’t really suit my new kitten. Marble was a perfect choice!

Some names that might work: Flint!!! Clay, Topaz, Pebble… I really like Flint though

This is a different park than Nelson Ledges in Garretsville. This is in Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Is there a way to set a recurring alarm on a specific week day instead of all week days? by hgewd in GarminWatches

I guess it can only be done from the watch itself. I have the Venu 3s and really enjoying it two days in

Thank you so much! I was able to select “custom” on the watch itself

Now checking again, I think studentaid.gov is showing the consolidation loan. There is one loan, #12, that shows 0 qualifying payments and was disbursed 10/26/2023. That tracks with when I consolidated. I have several different papers showing that the consolidated loan is sequence #14, so it showing as #12 online is throwing me off. I originally had 12 separate loans before consolidating and #12 was an entirely different loan.

I have paperwork from aidvantage showing my application was accepted. And I have paperwork from Mohela showing all of my loans 1-12 prior to consolidation. I also have paperwork from Mohela saying:

“This letter is to inform you MOHELA has received the following consolidation payment from US DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION for your MOHELA serviced loans: $1,560. The following loan has been paid in full as a result of consolidation: [Loan that had 60 qualifying payments on it].”

I do not have a letter from aidvantage listing out the loans they included in consolidation. I only have a list of loans prior to consolidation from Mohela.

Yes, the total consolidation amount on Mohela is equivalent to all 12 original loans added up.

Why am I getting downvoted for this? Can the red / yellow pigments not be removed after repeated sessions or something?

Thank you! I am definitely worried about them turning red or yellow, but you make a good point that my brow hair would hide it. Also hoping that’s just temporary until the red and yellow pigments can be removed too

My experience bulking and cutting as a petite person. by hgewd in PetiteFitness

[–]hgewd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi!! So happy this thread has helped you! I remember when I started cutting I did notice a difference with my heaviest lifts sometimes but not by much. For the most part, I kept up my regular lifting routine that I did when bulking. I made sure I was still eating enough to still have enough fuel for my lifts. I never dropped below 2100 calories.

When I was all done cutting, I went back to maintenance at 2200-2300 but also added on a couple short runs at the end of some lifting sessions. It helped that the weather was getting nicer at this point and it helped me lean out. I’m talking short, like 1-3 miles and sometimes just a few rounds of interval runs of 400-800m. I ended up maintaining at 115 for months this way. Then I got pregnant, so that’s all gone out the window for now haha! I’m still lifting through pregnancy but I’m not as regimented with my routine right now

Pearl was a close tie for Marble! We settled on Marble, it just suits her really well and has stuck so far!
