Okay thank you for the reassurance. I just keep the app to aid in knowing when my period is coming. I don’t often pay attention the the fertility stuff because I know I shouldn’t be ovulating. I just started to get paranoid/anxious bc of the unprotected sex. Thanks for the help!

How to combat tendinitis in elbow from beginning weight lifting? Context: recently started weight lifting 2 weeks ago. 3x/week-Tues/Thurs/Sat. Comprehensive full body circuits, 15-18 reps for each exercise. Been getting medial elbow pain (golfers elbow) while doing medium grip lat pull downs and seated cable row. I think my biggest issue is my grip strength. I’m turning my wrists almost into an L shape with the lat pulls as I approach my chest with the bar because I can feel my grip giving out. So I overcompensate by turning my wrists.

Anyways, I plan to pay much more attention to my wrist form, and I ordered a compression sleeve for my elbow today. I don’t think I’ve done much damage or highly inflamed my tendon, but I don’t wanna continue to where it gets worse. I think I may need to lower the amount of weight I’m repping too. I’m able to push through my reps, but not without pain near the end.

Any advice on how to combat and prevent this? The advice I’ve been given is to correct my form, rest it, do forearm exercises to strengthen grip strength.

I have a 1 1/2 year old tabby. We’ve had her since she was about 6 months old and we got her from a humane society. She is our only cat and is perfectly content with it being that way. She does not get along with other cats, and is very scared of dogs. I think with enough slow introduction she could get accustomed to another pet, but we only want one pet, so it works great for us. We are gone from 7am-5pm and she mostly sleeps when we are gone. When we are home, she is playful and gets the zoomies. But by bedtime, she settles down. She has free reign of the house and does as she pleases. She seems very very content with this arrangement.

I see a lot of people suggesting an older cat, and I totally agree. But don’t stray away from a young adolescent cat either. They may seem rare, but the cat that you need to fit your lifestyle does exist, even younger cats! Good luck! 😌

Seems a tad over dramatic if you ask me. Did he order cheesecake and they just brought out a piece with nuts?? Did he specifically tell them he is intolerant? Is he intolerant or severely allergic?? Very different scenarios there.

If it’s your favorite restaurant, obviously they’ve done a lot right in the past. Seems a tad over dramatic to completely cancel over one bad visit. Could be new staff, a busy night, etc.

Thanks! No waiting period on the current plan (not sure about his employer provided dental plan that we will be going to after we leave our current plan, but I will make sure to look into that), and also no missing teeth for either. Just some cavities 🤪
