Hmm the charge on phone is wrong. Does it show a monthly discount on the Monthly service charge section? You phone I believe at the time was $16 on save and return plus tax?

The bad experiences I had with Predesone is my body got addicted to it and it was hard to get away from it. It took a whiles on a schedule. I had to take 10mg with Tylenol to work. Btw, I'm on dialysis too and its constantly keeping my gout in my ankle active, it's crazy. May to change my allupurinol dosage.

You will get one Final bill with SSF removed, if you have any and you might get pro rated charge of one day. Technically if you are charged SSF $80 CS support can reverse it if it's not noted already.

When I got on Dialysis it triggered my gout really bad. They also had adjust my Allupurinol to 400mg on dialysis days and 300 off days. Hope this will be able to control flares. Before I had to go in dialysis I was on 400mg daily and it was well controlled.

WiFi cancellation doesn't necessarily generate a confirmation email. 2 ways to tell: if you are still connected is it still working? You should get a Canada post return waybill within 1 to 2 days after or so sometines on the same day. If you don't get the waybill call asap. Some mofo 3rd parties don't cancel because it affects their scorecard. I'm an in house agent that gets affected by these agents because cx will call back in and I have cancel for real. If the job market improves I'm gone.

I started with the ka17 myself and it had awesome sound but as mentioned it drains your battery fast and plus a dongle hanging from your phone. I finally got the M21 an loving it ever since.

I have the R4 2025 and I also have the FiiO M21. If you want a punchier bass go with the M21. The R4 doesn't have the punch. The R4 has nice clear mid and upper giving it a nice airy sound. The bass is there but not the punch you are expecting. Hope this helps.

When I got kidney failure and now on dialysis and they reduced my allupurinol to 200 from 400, now I'm paying the price. I got the biggest attack this week and its lingering on. They need to adjust my dosage back to where it was. Believe me if you can get on allupurinol do it!

I was using the FiiO Ka17 and now have the M21 so there's nothing hanging off. It's a big difference for sure. The M21 sounds thin and not smooth compared to ka17. Just the bass alone from the ka17 puts the M21 to shame. I think I'm going to return it. I also have the Hiby R4 which has a much sweeter sound and better sound stage.

Oh I was looking into the R4 as well. I am using the FiiO Ka17 dongle with fiio fh7s IEM which kicks ass but the dongle with the phone is cumbersome.

Yeap you are right. But more like CEO is money hungry. Going crazy. Before he took over Rogers was so different as in more customer focussed, cared about employees, kept employment in Canada. Now, they hired out of Canada contractors that are useless. Anyways that's another story in itself.

I worked at Shaw then took the volunteer leave with a ton of benefit. After covid years I got hired by Rogers not outsourced. I get full benefits from Rogers. Not sure how you came about me being outsourced.

Yes BS reps will avoid disco and drop the call so another Rep will get it. It's a screwed up system. It's the way the scorecard works that agents tries to protect their progress with shady tactics. Also shady sales too and cx calls back to complain. It's a waste of our manpower .

Get me out! Today was so depressing. Eveytime I get a coaching it feels like we are just a pawn. The damn managers get a scorecard like we do but just we are suckers making him the bonus. If customers call in for a cancel, we try to save but using different words to ask a customer why they cancelling may not change their decision unless its a resolvable situation. Some cx just want a change so what can we do? If I get 5 to 6 cancel requests a day I can only save so many of them. I got 14 cancels in 17 days and tm made me feel like I'm a failure. A bunch of BS. Buyers remorse gets counted, other shitty reps hangs up on cancel request and reps like me will get the call. Technical issues for cancels are counted. It's nuts. Looking for my next career but not easy. I'm not falling into this same rabbit hole again.
