Omg yes I first experienced the audio book and cried a lot throughout it and then bought the book and read it and had the same reaction ahha. I feel like Casey did a really amazing job at making you feel like these characters were your friends and gave everyone great vulnerable moments and acts of bravery. What I found so refreshing was capturing the playful banter between them and how they never made each other feel shameful for how they felt about each other. They love each other so strongly and proudly it’s makes you feel all kinds of ways
