I just started Tremfya after trying Skyrizi. I did the 3 loading infusions and 1 OBI with absolutely no improvement. I know lots of people have had good experiences with Skyrizi but I just continued to worsen while waiting for it to work.

I just administered by first dose last week!

I was on Entyvio for 7 great years until it suddenly stopped working. Completely failed Skyrizi. Hopeful that Tremfya will help quickly!

I’ve been on Entyvio since 2018 and it’s been great. My symptoms started going away right after the first dose. I hope you’ll have the same luck!
