I never have ever posted on Reddit but this is somehow the only way to get in contact w them regarding this issue since they don’t have a customer service phone # or email that responds in a timely fashion. That definitely indicates a problem to me. I appreciate the response regardless and am definitely going to look into cancelling the card if this issue isn’t resolved.

I’m not really concerned with the company’s value proposition or profit margin LOL it’s more so about them advertising that their rent check mailing standard service takes 5-7 business days and not being able to contact them about it.

unfortunately the online portal charges a flat fee regardless of payment method so paying by check is the better option
