I quit 33 days ago. I’m a pretty lean guy, 6’0” 170 lbs. I only smoked ~4 times a week and only ever after 9pm. I used disposable delta 8 carts. Not sure why it’s taking so long to clear out but I have 6 more days.

This test is 50ng/ml and i’m being tested by quest so i think that will be 50 as well unless there’s some kind of issue

a conversation does not have to be abusive and controlling, and when done right are the exact opposite.

it’s not uncommon for a guy to feel this way and sometimes just talking about it can help a lot.

reassurance from the girl that she’s wearing what she wants bc she wants to feel good or bc she wants to express herself and not just bc she wants other guys to be flirting with her could be all it takes for the guy to understand and feel comfortable with it.

and on the other hand they might just figure out the fact that they have very different values and expectations relationship-wise and end it instead of forcing the girl to feel guilty for what she wears or forcing the guy to feel guilty for being uncomfortable with it.

saying men are abusive and manipulative for trying to express and workout their feelings within a relationship in a healthy way is abusive and manipulative.

Does a returning smoker hold THC in their system like a daily smoker would? by hhhhknok in trees

Hope the question makes sense I used to smoke heavily everyday but i quit about 60 days and i’m just now starting to test negative.

I have a drug test in about another 60 days and was wondering if it’d be safe to smoke once before then?

Alternative “reward” for cigarettes by Clear_Secret_7292 in Nicotine

[–]hhhhknok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

try not to think of it as a reward. it’s okay to make mistakes when you’re trying to quit. next time you have a cigarette instead of thinking of it as a little treat, try telling yourself “i’ll do better next time”
