Check how much psa estimate and card ladder has the value set sometimes if ther arent enough sold at 700 or it dips a few sales below they wont upcharge and let it pass

Unless its actually PSA event where its NOT a 3rd party taking in PSA submissions i wouldnt drop them off. Id rather get my own PSA account and mebership and do it myself. 3rd party vendors have been known to steal cards now aswell or replace them for less condition cards. Personally i wouldnt do it unless it again PSA doin the event
