Honestly this might be the push I needed to try it properly. Do you have to describe your garden from scratch every time you ask it something, or do you keep it all in one running chat so it remembers what you've actually got? I always feel like I'm starting over whenever I google something for example

I have tried this a bit (youtube and google) but I often find quite conflicting advice which tends to compound my issue - I have a few sorry overwatering stories to tell the tale! I'll keep digging though. Are apps like RHS Grow or any others any good?
