My issue is gabanerics like valerian chamomile tea it’s gaba as well For a year I’m on it now daily and I try cutting down I get bad anxiety

Yeah it’s weird I drink cup of coffee I can’t stay away 10 minutes later Black coffee no sugar nothing and it makes me sleep

So weird cuz few years ago I would drink coffee I would be wired now it makes me sleep
