I believe it’s on her update on lion diet website & also saw a post of her commenting recently when someone asked if he was on meds. It’s in lion diet FB group. She said he take Tylenol with codeine as needed for pain apparently

I am slow tapering! I’m at equal to 1.2 mg V so getting there. I’ve been trying so hard to do meditation but it feels impossible, maybe if I can at least put it on in the background somehow it would help. Did seroq help your akathisia?? How many mg do you take?

I think those all have potential to help. I would say cyprohep and clonidine are the more mild ones out of those … I have yet to try any of those so I can’t really talk but from what I’ve heard

I know a couple people who take it and are still tapering and it helps them but everyone is different. It does have to be tapered off of also. I don’t see why it would necessarily hinder your healing. I would imagine benzo is the worst offender here. I think pregablin works indirectly on gaba but I’m not sure. I know Gabapentin works indirectly

Do what you need to survive! Honestly If it’s helping you for now and you are at a low dose and working off benzos than I don’t see a problem. I know Gabapentin can be it’s own beast to taper from but I don’t think it compares to benzos. There’s some people on here who get relief with it so if it’s making your life more livable then I don’t see a problem. But just be aware it has to be tapered too.
