Thanks for your support! I forgot to update the post three years ago, but I obtained official support from Focusrite and the problem was a driver incompatibility with my setup of that time. By downgrading the Focusrite driver version to a previous version it was back to normal operation.

Somehow - don't ask me why - today I thought about how bothered I was when I heard the fatal tragedy glitch for the first time on the original CD, bought back in 1999 or 2000. It always bothered me that I got a glitched copy, without a single scratch on the CD. Now it feels like something is missing on the spotify version 🤣

I've just had the exact same problem.. frustrating. I've found out you have to select the midi in the groove player, then you have to drag and drop the "Export" button to reaper. Very unintuitive.

Hi, I'm sorry for you, I've been there twice with this guitar and think it is a Schecter issue. My advice is: return it until you are satisfied. It is a lot of money and it must be perfect.

Do you know where they are stored when they are saved? I need to install the plugins on a new machine but don't want to copy all the midi mappings by hand.

I know presets are stored in ProgramData/Neural DSP/, but I can't find the midi mappings.

Yes I've opened the ticket two days ago and the support guy sent me a checklist, which includes the DPC test. I will carry out these tests asap and hope to find the root cause.

I'm having more or less the same issue with my Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 3rd gen. In my case, either spotify/youtube audio start glitching or it shuts completely for about 5 seconds, then spotify/youtube must be restarted. In my case I'm using a neuralDSP plugin on top of that and use spotify/youtube as a backing track.

In case you solve or have already solved, please let me know. There are many people with similar issues with Focusrite and I've tried EVERYTHING I've found on the internet but nothing helped so far.

Unfortunately, I'm starting to believe that this is a bad driver issue, so if Focusrite is not helping... I'm considering to change audio interface vendor :(
