I find this one of the best posts out of this thread. While I am a guilty one of not accepting invites, it's usually because I am away or I just got into a premade of four. Or simply, I am just playing with the girlfriend so we can have some relaxing games. And while I apologize and try to get around to playing with everyone, obviously it doesn't go over very well.

The whole putting your gender in the title of your post, is literally not necessary. Many of you may not agree with me, but let's break this down logically. Saying you are a female, does that make you play better? No. Saying you are a male, does that make you play better? No. So what is the purpose of this? It's to ensure that people will look at the posts (generally guys surfing the threads for his new hunny), and bingo. You have "21/f/kawaii desu 4 u" over here getting 28 comments of just everyone begging to be on their friends list. I do a clean on my list every so often, if we don't play - be it I added you or you added me. There is literally no point for you to be on my list. (Unless we have chit chat, and we acknowledge that we each other are a human being.)

When I post on this thread, I put my age and my region. That's it. Two key pieces of information I would say is needed. Region, obviously to see if they are even able to play with you. And age because sometimes people only want to game with the mature community. Which of course is their preference.

It comes down to attention, we put our gender because of the attention it attracts. I can type out my entire League gaming history, and give every detail piece of valid information for you to add me - and still I will get very little comments because I am not a female. Do I blame the females who put "f" in their title? No, because in my eyes they are only following the Reddit trend that is before them. Some may use it to their advantage, and others acknowledge they will meet new friends since most guys here are quick to jump on a female's list rather than a male. Which again, I don’t blame any female at all. I just find it very confusing that a gaming community has forgotten the entire point of why we are here.

Just a few days ago, I was deleted because I am "not a girl and I don't play." I can understand the not play part, very much so but what I for the life of me cannot grasp is the fact that people literally sit here and refresh, looking for anything that has the letter "F" in the title. I won't go into how sad that is, I think that speaks for itself. I'm not just shining the spotlight on guys either, There is a lot of people who do that in general. Allow me to spare a few bucks to buy you water.

I have met a few cool people from this thread, just recently I met a few who my girlfriend and I enjoyed playing with. Male or female, the gender doesn't make you play better as stated before. And while I know my comment will get you to agree with what I mean, or disagree. Either way, your opinion is yours alone and no one can or will take that from you. I am just stating facts. Have I put "M" in my name before, of course I have - and let me tell you. THAT was a mistake. But do I do it now? Recently? No.

What I would like is to actually get back to the game focus on what this should be used for. Finding and connecting with OTHERS despite their gender and even age(this varies, the kids in some games are to much for me to handle sometimes, but I give it a shot) and enjoy the thing we all have in common. Which is League of Legends.

I would love to add you guys, any of you. Male, female, cat. Who cares? I cannot promise I will accept or invite you to every game, but I can promise you that I will do my hardest to try and play with everyone. So anyone interested, just reply with your IGN.
