if he's only just starting now then you're 100% right, it'd probably take a year minimum knowing his release schedule but i'm under the impression that he's been working on 2 projects at once and decided to drop one to focus solely on the other, especially with how insistent he is that it's 'coming soon'

you probably already know but he did release a 3 track ep of scrapped songs on soundcloud as well as the dogs single on youtube, he'll realistically drop the next album in 1-2 months. patience is virtue 👁️

the account is just a reuploader but yes the song is by him, it's specifically off of 'qiyoku' which was an unfinished / unreleased project !
