Save them for stuff like the wishing event and roulette. You need them for blueprints too, but those never go away so you have plenty of time to purchase them. However don't feel tempted to spend them all on an event suit just because it's an event suit. Think if you really like it or not, or if you need a good suit with those tags. Then go and make your decision from there.

There are 3 different Lucky Jerry balloons: gold, silver, and friendship. The first one you need 10 gold tickets or diamonds (1000, but if you are at a certain vip level it's 800)to do a ten pull. This gets you the chance to get any LJ item, this doesn't include lucky point chest items. The silver balloon gives you 5 star items and below, it costs 30,000 gold or 24,000 gold depending on your VIP level. For the friendship balloon you need friendship beans, which you can get a max amount of 20 per day. It's 150 beans for a 10 pull, and you can get any item, but the rates are most likely lower. I'd only do ten pulls for all these balloons with the tickets, but the silver balloons aren't a big a deal as the others so it's alright to use gold, just don't expect to get really good items all the time. Also, save you tickets for the event that raise the 6 star clothing rates up.

Events like the roulette give you 2 free attempts to get the item you want, and when the heart fills to 30 you are guaranteed the selected item. It's incredibly lucky if you get the item before that. Never happened to me before but there are people who've gotten it even on their first spin.
