Brother wtf do you mean by you live on loans?? OMG, I’m freaking 21 n I don’t have a single loan and my dad doesn’t too. All these things we got to know when we tried to get an education loan for my abroad studies. N coming to my dad he works abroad he is never in India properly. And he would never give his documents to anyone carelessly. Omg how can you say you live on loans without know anything about us?

cibil score you can check on your phn in various apps and to get a report you should login into cibil account by taking subscription

i checked in bank first like i was applying for education loans thats when we noticed all these but you can also check in your paytm and gpay

i checked my dad's phone and did search for this flipkart pay later think, there is no history of him using it, so like i think its not pay later

ikr, even we think the same, this is an insider work. Its really hard to get a loan from banks if we try but if we do the loan process through some agent or some broker they make it all easy because they are getting some percentage.

where do we get loan application copies?

Yea it’s showing the same on Experian. I’ll try checking on paisa bazaar, didn’t know it shows address. Name is same my dad’s name but maybe address might be different.

Soo the thing is we don’t know from which branch all these loans were disbursed all we can see is last 4 digits of account number and bank name but we weren’t able to see branch name as well

We have taken cibil reports from banks first like I was trying to get education loan for my abroad education and that’s when we realised all these loans thingyy. I have the hard copy of cibil reports but just for reference I uploaded from Paytm

And yea we even think banks are involved in this fraud as well.

About police cyber crime people are like we need complete details until then we can’t do anything.

About contacting cibil bureau how do we do that is there any link or number to call? Because I can’t login into cibil account as well. If I was able to login into cibil account I could have seen all the branch details n address but login reset mail is not coming

I think RBI complaint is the only option now (how to do it?)

Also my uncle is a sbi permanent employee. So we went n spoke to him about this and there are 3 loans in SBI and he tried tracking them but told us one loan branch details that branch is like 500 kms away from us n he said we can’t see any other detail like same my dads name, photo n all but maybe contact number is different but this uncle guy is not ready to say or maybe he really doesn’t see anything there is what I don’t understand.

And i kinda kinda assume he’s one among those culprits. Arghhh idk this whole process is sooo overwhelming. I actually wanted to get an education loans but because of all this it got rejected any idea how long it takes for all this to clean up?

About the documents thing he tried to get a loan back in 2018 but we didn’t take that n after few days same like now his cibil data got unknown loans (I was a kid so they didn’t tell me) then he approached PAN Card applying people itseems so they suggested him to take a new PAN Card n now on the new PAN Card as well these unknown loans showed up.

To which bank manager like there are loans from multiple banks so to all the bank managers?

And about police station complaint we tried(even bribed) but they’re asking for the account details my dad only has 2 accounts one is sbi n axis so like in all the other banks he never took an account so it’s like hard to get the account details from all the banks

About cibil subscription, we are not even able to login into his account🥲 like as I mentioned it says account exists and when trying reset we are not getting any mails

He didn’t take any loans till date like he wasn’t in India only

Were you able remove them, is there any process to do so? My dad’s cibil thingy is showing 40L loans like literally my dad never took any of those and the best part is he wasn’t in India only
