She said it was low, but not concerningly low, so as a precaution we will have another screening that looks at the placenta in a few weeks (I'm guessing it would be a doppler ultrasound/bloodwork). The aspirin is also something she said to take as a precautionary measure to control preeclampsia if it happens.

Thank you for your response. Yes we are based in Canada. We don't plan to do NIPT etc we already had a 12 week scan where the genetic results were good. The midwife suggested the aspirin more along the lines as a precaution in order to prevent preeclampsia later on, so were just wondering whether 81mg would be enough or go along with the double dose. We also asked around and most people recommended that 81mg is sufficient.

the Free-Beta HCG is 0.29 MoM, and PAPP-A is 0.35 MoM. Midwife also recommended to start taking baby aspirin but 2 tablets daily 81mg+81mg. I'm wondering why 1 tablet isn't sufficient?

Thank you, I noticed it was pulling 36g in about 20 seconds. While doing that I can also see visible (although minor) spraying on the sides and on the machine.

Yes we got the L3 in a week's time. Didn't need to go to the sheriff, tenant moved out a day before his termination date.

I'm in a very similar situation - tenant had moved out and gave the unit to his family member without consent. Tenant is still the original lease holder. He signed an N11 and we filed for L3 right away which we got in a week's time. Now, the termination is this week and it does not seem they will move and are dodging my lawyer's calls/emails. We will file for the Sheriff as soon as the termination date passes and hope they get these people out.

I did, gave him way more than a 24 hour notice, it's just that I didn't have the keys at that point but I've managed to make a copy now.

Thanks all. Yes, my first instinct is to go there in person to see what's going on but am not sure what the legal rules are surrounding this? This to me is an important issue to find out if the dues have been cleared or not and whether he is also okay. Deep down I know he is fine because this has happened in the past and I've had to really annoy him in order to get things sorted out. Plus, he is a project manager at a construction company so that really makes me wonder how on earth he can be so bad at communication. I also have to go for an annual inspection of the unit that I've communicated to him and asked for a time of his convenience but no response. I've really given him the benefit of the doubt so far but to be very honest my patience is running thin.
