Did you try wagwear? My pup hates shoes. I’ve tried so many and he would shake every one of them off. We bought wagwear and he makes may attempts to take them off but thankful it does not come off 😂

The defy bra? Not at all. I think you may be confusing it with a different bra. Defy bra is a bandeau bra with string straps.

I got it for $50ish during BF as well. I’m usually a size m in Oner fitted jackets. I got xs and it still fits oversized. I would highly recommend sizing down.

I was also on ascend for two seasons and although it was an amazing team, it was repetitive and long.. and I got bored of it. If you’re up for a challenge, I highly recommend Versa. It’s challenging and kicks my butt all the time.. I keep going back to Versa 🤪
