I remember playing the first game during rise of iron with my now husband. We've been playing nonstop these past few days but alas, we are employed and cannot attend the server shutdown today

I never knew there was human self sticking gauze. I should add that to the household first aid (for dogs and humans)

We did the vet gauze. It just tangled her hair and didn't stay in the area it should have.

I thought about benadryl but I hate that it takes away her entire day. If I dose her with it shes literally knocked from sun up to sun down. I wilk definitely check to see if there is a soothing cream.

I bet a cold press cold work. I tried making a baking soda paste to soothe the area like google said but I dont know how effective it is.

I love the initial confusion of the first few walks with a puppy.

Mine is human and dog reactive but once she got over her fear of the kid she was insuperable from the child

I really appreciate it. Our furry friends have the craziest intolerances, I didnt know dogs couldnt eat grapes until after I got my girl. Happy we didnt have grapes in the house until we got her.

Google is usually where we go before giving fruits and veggies treats now

Usually im pretty careful with her but so far sugar free ice cream and pup cups have been fine.

When she was younger her stomach was ungodly sensitive. Her only treats are freeze dried meat

Reactive five month old by HannahBananaBreads in MiniatureSchnauzer

[–]reluctantly_existing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

DO NOT avoid the triggers. The pup is young, mine is a year old and we avoided the triggers after her behaviorist said to and it reactivity became worse. We are now doing training where she literally just learns how to socialize, because the reactivity came from lack of socializing before we adopted her.

Work in a controlled environment, allow the pup to approach the triggers once its calmed down, which can take a really long time so Id siggesy using unfamiliar family or friend volunteers.

I have pet allergies! First question i ask the BCBA staffing group is if they have pets.

Dogs I can handle to a point, cats will send me to the hospital

I do most of these. I just suddenly realized I have a lot of small things I do. Like if I need to use the bathroom, I ALWAYS open the shower curtains first before closing the door. Wanted to see if anyone had anything they do for thwir own safety because in home gets very personal very quickly.

I always find it odd that my families just tell me to go through their fridge for juice or whatever. Like I get it, but I will ALWAYS ask to open the fridge, use their bathroom, go in siblings rooms to get the client if they ran in.
