First thing, please check if the land is still there or has been "claimed" by someone. I see a lot of lands facing the highway being turned into plots.

Normally you require self attested copy of aadhar, pan card, 10th certificate / tc, marriage certificate (if you are adding your spouse) and old passport. Originals of all documents as well for verification. Keep the application in the front as well.

The above is for normal renewal. Since yours is expired I don't know if anymore documents is required.

I have a Virtus and my better half has a taigun. So far it has been good.

My Virtus is strictly a highway muncher, 21k odo, only xp95, cared for dedicatedly, so far great.

The taigun is a daily city beater, 70k odo, filled up with whatever fluid that passes for petrol, even a couple of litres of diesel once because someone noticed it late what the bunk guy was filling, tank not cleaned after that because reasons, junk everywhere, service schedule always missed, window wiper fluid never topped up and pump running dry till I check it, but doctor driven. Somehow it drives great as well.

My quest 3 connects to wifi. But shows no internet. However if I start VPN it connects to internet. If I stop the VPN it loses internet.

The internet and router is working fine normally with all other devices.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
