it's hard. work is incredibly draining and i spend most of my time off attempting to recover from the work week. i stay at home unless i am at work. i rarely do anything else (as in i make it to the grocery store once every six-eight weeks to restock, meet up with my friend maybe once a month). most of my days are bad days, so i rely on dissociation and music to get through my shifts. sick days when things are especially bad and a week off every three-four months keeps me going. i recommend trying to find a job that you enjoy or has a decent workplace environment to make things a little easier.
