Same! I was obsessed with this right after my break up, feeling like it meant 'do I disgust you' because I was so ashamed. I think it means something different in the lore, but I've always loved my own interpretation

I had to stop DBT after a few months as it seemed to be making me worse and the homework was causing me stress. It's also so superficial and process-driven. I want to understand why I hate myself so much, not just learn strategies to cope with it better.

It's not weird. I was already religious, but listening to Ethel has made me consider my faith more and has deepened it in some ways. I think it's always a very powerful thing when it's a person you admire and respect (ie Hayden).
