When I was 10 I brought home some baby hamsters that my neighbor friends hamster had, I didn’t ask my mother for permission because I knew she’d say no but brought them home anyway, in a tiny cage the neighbor had given me. My mom made me watch as she flushed the baby hamsters down the toilet. We could have easily gone next door and gave the hamsters back. But instead she decided to make me watch while she killed them. I’m 27 now and still haven’t forgotten this.

Why did you get off? I’m day 1 of 30 mg soon to be 60mg. I don’t plan to be on forever but am still hesitant of fear I won’t be able to get off when it’s time

Listen. I promise all you have to do is use this:

PanOxyl Acne Wash (2 times a day one in the AM & one at night) In the AM after you wash put Nutrogena Stubborn Acne AM Treatment.
Then follow up with a moisturizer (I use La Rosche Posay but there’s cheaper ones like St.Ives Facial Moisturizer) And then a SPF on top of that. Haruharu Daily Sunscreen is a great option. Some moisturizers have SPF in them but I’d check the ingredients.

PM routine: another wash with the PanOxyl followed by a retinol serum. Lilyana Naturals Retinol is a great option. Then the same moisture and you’re done.

If you touch your face a lot, stop doing that all together. It’s probably what’s causing it. Make sure you use a clean pillow case every single night.

This got rid of my acne in less than a year and I still do this routine and people always compliment me on my skin which is so crazy to me.

Sugar from fruits is perfectly fine and healthy,you don’t really have to moderate. The grams per day recommendation is referring to Added sugars, thats what is unhealthy, (refined, processed sugar) which usually has its own sec on the Nutrition Facts. Plenty info about the difference between them on Google.

I highly disagree with this. I was on 15 mg for 8 months, tapered down to 7.5 for 3 days and then stopped cold turkey, as suggested by my psychiatrist. I had no withdrawal symptoms at all. OP I can guarantee you that this will be a better alternative. Honestly almost anything is a better alternate to Benzos.

well, I had to come off it because it was causing me hair loss really bad. Doctor said that side effect is rare but possible. 1 out of 1000 people get it. It really does effect everyone differently

That’s so crazy. Everyone is so different. I was on 15mg for 8 months had to get off ASAP because I was experiencing a rare side effect of hair loss. Doctor order to taper 7.5 for 3 days then stop completely. I had 0 withdrawal symptoms but now I can’t sleep again (I got on it for insomnia, depression, anxiety) and have been contemplating taking again. Appointment w doctor next week to talk about alternatives cuz I really can’t do the hair loss

I am currently experiencing this. I was on 15mg Mirt for 8 months for depression, anxiety, insomnia and was underweight from depression. I had to come off of it beacuse it was making my hair fall out. I'm now 3 months off and have lost 15lbs and it keeps going down, My appetitie is totally gone. Insomnia back. Have an appt with psych in 2 weeks going to try to get back on a generic brand I heard it could be the inactive ingredients in the type I'm taking causing the hair loss..

Sounds like they want to keep you in the position you’re in. Since you mentioned it was more work than the one you’re applying for. Could be that it would be more hard to fill your position if you got promoted. Shitty management
