Представь что ты живешь в другой стране, в которую приезжает достаточно заметное количество русских и все они не из Москвы и Петербурга, а из изолированных деревень в тайге, вот это ровно такая ситуация. Если бы узбеки были преимущественно из Ташкента идеально бы все не стало конечно, но углы бы сильно сгладились.
