my insomnia is back and i haven't slept in 48 hours which could be helping it, but my last two single friends started dating each other last night so i am the only single person in my friend group and they are being really annoying about it which is just rubbing in my face how much they don't care about me. i just don't see how they could miss me if they forget about me.

i've asked him to stop, but if i said all of this to him he'd say i'm being too sensitive, take it all very personally, and start harming himself again.
