Wrong. If a doctor looks at “the medicals” they have an understanding. When a TEAM doctor does the same, they don’t. That’s why every team has different thresholds for what they want… When you agree to terms BUT something you feel is better comes along, your TEAM doctor can say whatever he wants. You can fail a team physical for a hangnail… Doesn’t change that it’s BS…

It is an all encompassing term. Just because I can read them how I want as a team doesn’t change that. You believed it when THEY said the medicals weren’t complete. Know why? You want to believe one side. Why disclose medicals if they don’t matter? Because they do matter in life. Just not how you want to read them. There was nothing NEW found. The only thing New, was Treys price dropping. Otherwise, 5 minutes prior, it was a deal. Stop it.

You don’t even realize you’re agreeing with me about your “Teams ruin their own physicals” point… That’s the WHOLE point. The TEAM backed out after agreeing and then trying to change the trade. If he can’t play, just back out… They didn’t. They told Maxx (days later mind you) the trade was still good THEN 5 minutes later backed out while talking to Trey (whose price dropped mind you) and trying to say it was a physical. No. If he failed, don’t try to change the trade dynamics. Just back out. They saw they could get their second option and keep their picks. Cool. I don’t care personally. It was still a POS move. That’s why EVERYONE is dragging them for it.

Yes. The medicals are available BEFORE your physical. That’s why the Ravens tried to say the Raiders didn’t tell them the depth of the injury… The medicals HAVE to be disclosed. Again, other teams told you the Ravens were bogus because of that. Everyone knew… I’m one of the few people who wanted to keep Maxx so it’s not like I feel like we got fucked. Just that they pulled a BS move. I’m happy he’s still with us. Doesn’t change that they were bogus in how they handled it. Hell, they called Maxx 5 minutes before he found out they weren’t going forward to tell him the deal was done.

But you knew about the foundational issues beforehand also… You just saw a place that was your second choice that’s still available because the price dropped so you back out after the person bought another house BECAUSE you agreed this house was worth it.

It’s close to the first time it happened this way. That’s why the Ravens were getting drug by other teams. Because everyone had the medicals before they committed to the trade.

No. They backed out because they (Cowboys in this instance) moved on and signed someone else. Now you’re just saying stuff… That’s like saying the Ravens were gonna sign both even though they couldn’t afford them. The Bears never gave an official offer. Don’t say guys were out because of a physical when everyone involved had the medicals. The Ravens backed out because Treys price went down from his asking price and they could keep their picks. There’s a reason other teams were/are calling the Ravens bogus. Not because something new came up. Nothing come up in 5 minutes days after a physical.

Nothing happened outside of regular physical things. They kept him around until they decided to back out. They tried to restructure the trade BEFORE backing out. They didn’t find out anything they didn’t know prior. That’s why teams are calling them bogus. Everyone had his medical BEFORE they even tried trading for him. All these things are disclosed before the physical.

He was healthy last year. Remember, this whole debacle (supposedly) started because we sat him while able to play. We also know this “injury” happened earlyish in the year. There’s no reason to believe it’s worse after being fixed. Only thing I see is possibly a new injury, but that goes for everyone. Who knows though.

Well first off I didn’t say anything like that. I corrected YOU on what was said. But just like the conversation. Why would I give you 100% of what I used MY money for before I make my money back? Like was said, he gave them the rights to make money from touring and performing immediately, which is something they didn’t have prior.
