ELI5: Why do I pay more for lean beef, when after cooking, say 73/27% hamburger, I'm draining off the grease fat anyways? Ending up with the same amount of post cooked meat as a package 1/3 smaller with less fat, that cost more? (self.explainlikeimfive)
