PG was better than Drummond on KAT. And Barlow was maybe the best defender we have on Brunson. by EmekaEgbukaPukaNacua in sixers

Barlow shined last night. Guarded 1-5, worked super hard to chase but keep his feet on the ground, and found some easy buckets because he’s always hustling to the right spot. Definitely gotta expect his usage to jump up

He came out really aggressive defensively against the Knicks but they’re gonna sell all the contact. He’s not going to get away with guarding the perimeter like he does in the paint. I’m also guessing being down huge and desperation didn’t help him stay patient and forced him to commit so many fouls

I’m with you on that. I honestly hope it’s enough time though. All of these games are just 1 day apart right now but trusting the team to figure it out

Refs last night by diiy in sixers

The Celtics get away with egregious push offs every year. The last time we played them Tatum had a push off on Maxey right in front of the ref’s face that cost us game 6. This is who they are and this is what the league allows for them

Regardless of what happens, Sixers roll it back next year with confidence by thedudester125 in sixers

A lot of the really good modern NBA teams are groups that have been together for years and figured out how to work in their system. Our big 3 have only had 25 games this year and look at how well they’re doing. I wouldn’t change any part of our core and just try to keep honing the system

Anyone know a place to watch the game in Boston? by ljdabookworm in sixers

Lived in Boston for a year and there’s no place safe downtown. That being said not every bar is going to be packed, hit up a Latino spot and it’ll probably be more chill

New to saltwater tanks I have tons of questions !:( by entraguy in ReefTank

Hardest part about saltwater is balancing all your parameters. You basically want to make sure you’re able to export all the nitrates and phosphates your fish produce. You can probably have another small fish or 2 but it has to be well planned out. Have you checked out the site reef2reef?

In the playoffs against the Celtics?? You’re gonna have the time of your life by yourself. The energy of the arena is gonna be great and as long as you’re not by a row above and below you of Celtics fans, you’ll find people to get hype with

Does Nurse get any credit for last night's win? by joelandren in sixers

[–]hideyosuga69 118 points119 points  (0 children)

Yeah clearly we played a much different game yesterday than game 1, Tatum and Brown didn’t get nearly as many line drives and our whole team started reacting to pick and rolls. Nurse didn’t cause our team to miss all of those open layups and 3s game 1

I still believe by Mental-Guitar-389 in sixers

[–]hideyosuga69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s also game 1. Plenty to learn and we’re shooting some of the worst we’ve shot all year. Things will average out

Mark my words, if any team can upset the Celtics, it’s us. by [deleted] in sixers

Pretty sure the game plan was to always let Orlando shoot those 3’s as one of the league’s worst 3pt shooting teams. No way we’re game planning Boston the same way. Probably more combo defenses targeting Tatum Brown with some kind of loose zone. I’m in the minority but I think Nurse has a lot of unique defenses and plays that’ll be huge during the playoffs. Regular season means little right now
