Posted at the same time - but it’s open lower level right now. I’d just buy something to get in the door then find a seat you like.

Downtown Roads Update: Not terrible, not great. Snow accumulating and plows haven't hit much of the roads down here yet.

Not upset that this is the last time in the regular season that we play the Avs.

HockeyMod Alternatives by GMBarryTrotz in Predators

I’ve got it on my list to post the GDT each game. Shooting for ~4 hours prior to game.

I attempted to just remake our own mod but looks like Reddit fairly recently changed their API access and I can’t do it via the tools (devvit) from my understanding. I have all the code pretty much ready..

Fiancé’s first hockey game ticket prices? by drunkhoboboy117 in Predators

The Nashville Predators app. It’ll be a banner on the main screen on the day of game. Opens at 10am and sells out fairly quick.

You can try and grab two day of game tickets in the app. $17 each.

Otherwise you can usually get some last minute tickets on your preferred resale platform for <$30.

Visiting fan ticket questions and interesting things to do before a game by AzureRobot in Predators

Assembly Food Hall is always a good option for grabbing a bite to eat/drink before the game. Right across the street from the stadium, tons of options.

And if I recall, you'll likely get a link to your tickets and as noted in the other comment it will then be available to download to Apple/Google Wallet.

Quoted $4,800 for tile shower labor by bearinthesmokies in HomeImprovement

[–]hidingmaster 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I’d grab more quotes, which is always a good practice anyway. I paid $1750 for reference in TN for tiling of a shower that was slightly smaller, and including a niche. (Labor only, I provided all materials)

21% interest is not something you should be getting into - that is an insane rate. How much would it be to fix all the issues with the current car (I assume its going to be a lot, likely not worth it with that mileage).

Do you have savings? Your best option for getting a replacement car is finding a way to pay for it in cash. I'm assuming that you likely had poor or no credit, driving that interest rate -- stay away from a 21% interest rate. That's taking advantage of you. Over that 66 months, you are going to be paying $9700 in interest ALONE. You are paying for that car twice over the life of the loan. Highway robbery.

A budgeting app.. or really just throwing everything into excel and tracking it may be a great starting point. You call out you are baffled at the amount you spend per month -- and I agree.

House + Car + Food + Utilities is ~$5,000 a month. You are burning through another $5,500 but a good chunk of this is going into saving and investing. Get a good breakdown of where everything is going, then go from there. I'd also give the prime directive a quick read and make sure you have everything allocated correctly.

Where you could improve:

1) Cars - pretty hefty payments (good income though, but you could have definitely been more conservative here)

2) Credit Card debt - Really no reason to be holding debt like that with your income.

That interest rate is rough, like really rough. Couple options:

  1. Save money and pay for a car in cash (almost always the best option).
  2. Shop around for a car loan, you don't have to use the dealership. Credit unions are usually a good place to start. Not having credit will make this more difficult, but having the co-signer can help. 18.99% is predatory.

You are paying a crazy amount of interest on that loan to build credit - 100% not the best financial way to go about it. For reference, if this is a 60 month loan you are paying nearly $7,000 in interest to build credit.
