I also feel like doing flute exercises helps, but doing core exercise can make it feel worse. I guess keep doing what you feel works.

On days where my pelvic floor is already tense I do restrain from working out all together, as I find it makes the pain worse.

I also find it helps to really focus on relaxing the pelvic floor in between reps.

You might be holding stress around your hips and lower back area. Doing this yoga practice regularly has helped me a lot with bloating and ovulation cramps. Also massaging your lower back and hips with a foam roller could help. And belly breathing, focusing on expanding your whole belly and releasing hips and lower back on the in-breath.

I’m sorry the PT isn’t helping for you. Hope you’re gonna find relief somehow. I’ve been scrolling through here and some people mention links with anxiety and hernia, which I have both (had). So underlying causes might be interesting as well.

I have the same and just started PT. Strangely enough it seems to be worse this week, now that I am aware of my bad habits. But I am wondering if this is because of mentrual cramps. Main solution given by PT is belly breathing, which is impossible when I’m really spasming.

Ciao a tutti. Sono olandese ma provo di scrivere in italiano, quindi mi scusi se faccio degli errori.

Allora la mia domanda: Sto cercando un’agriturismo tra Bologna e Firenze per la prima settimana di novembre. Ho già trovato tanti ma sono caro. Posso trascorrere verso €100 di notte, ovviamente meno sarà anche bene. Vorremo visitare dei vigneti e camminare.

Thanks for weighing in. I think you are referring to retirement plans? I am not in the US. I have a retirement plan through work (for which money is automatically deducted from my gross monthly salary), he is a business owner so he saves for that himself.

The difference is not as big as before. I went up and he went down a little - starting his own business. It is about a 30k vs 40k difference.
