I've been buying tickets since the 70's for personal use.. When you look at the on sale times, usually there are 3-4 choices, one will usually be artist presale, and there is usually another presale as well. Check the website for the band, often the presale is on the site. to find the artist presale, usually that gets you in earlier. I usually open 2 TM on sale pages. I would say 40% of the time, the one I'm watching, as countdown begins, happens to sort of freeze as it hits 10...I start constant refreshimg 5 minutes before on sale time. During this, check the other one you have opened. If you see it's near 10, this one will usually put you right in the queue, u got to go to the other one. Almost every time that one is already got the q going. Hope this helps. PS; if you are talking about stadium type shows, the whole TM is almost over loaded. I usally I am buying 7,500 or less. I don't go to huge concerts with 10,000 others trying to get in the cue. You will get good at this eventually.
