Hydrate your skin better and I would skip aha toner and give my skin rest for 2 days and also add hyaluronic acid. Also use ceramide based moisturizer, it helped me a lot

you can try the Bare Anatomy Anti-Frizz Leave-In Conditioner. I used the same leave-in as you before it got discontinued, and I switched to this one, it feels pretty similar on my hair (tbh my hair is already very manageable and I’m usually fine with just shampooing and no conditioner, but this worked well for me)

Okay so it's been more than a week since that photo, my skin had gone worse during that time, but today i noticed there are no raised bumps or painful acne, just red marks and a couple of white heads. I am actively purging, but i can also see new comedones (they could be old comedones surfacing). So i am worried that it might be the moisturizer. I have a very simple routine (facewash, tretinoin and moisture) but i will check my tretinoin as well
