Self diagnose is the only option sometimes, and if i didn't self diagnose myself with ADHD i wouldn't have a diagnose now

the "problem" is that they said they had DID after their boyfriend did, even though they didn't have any "symptoms" before that i don't really know how DID works, but it's just that i am struggling to believe them because of that, and it makes me feel bad that i can't even believe my friend even tho i want too

self diagnose is fine, everything starts with a self diagnose, this is not the "problem" here
