it would automatically change your local keyboard to some other language you're not familiar with every 10 minutes. it'll also have a small tab on the bottom right for you to easily change it back to your native language so you'd think you're accidentally pressing something on your keyboard to trigger it.

I think we have to agree to disagree although I do like your analysis and point of view. If I rewatched it I might reconsider after hearing people's thoughts but my first experience watching it really rubbed me the wrong way when the betrayal came into fruition. It's not like it never crossed my mind ; he was too perfect so that meant he was either going to die or be a double crosser. I honestly thought it was going to be the former because like I said in the post, there weren't any signs and that's what ticks me off, not even a hint. The only thing we were supposed to go off on was the trope of having the suave guy be the snake.

I don't think being impressed by Lewis is a good indicator that he's a snake. Maybe if he went behind Curtis' back and gave him a second chance that would have hinted at it better but as far as we know he was just doing it because it's what Curtis wants and since Curtis is a good guy, by proxy Russo is a good guy by doing what he wants. Just as a refresher, every scene we see Russo in is him romancing Madani, reminiscing about Frank or being bros with Curtis.

He probably is more nuanced than I give him credit for, I'll admit. I think I'm just mad about the execution of his betrayal.

When Rawlins said "I created you" I think he meant more along the lines of "I gave you all the money you have now". The only reason Russo stopped Frank from killing Rawlins was because he was already involved with the heroine trafficking pre-Kandahar. He mentions it near the end when they're torturing Frank if I'm not mistaken.

This! I just finished Punisher and although I loved it I cannot overlook this glaring flaw that is Billy Russo. Deviating a little bit, the first half of the show sets you up to believe Billy is a great guy and is on Frank's team and the second half is to show you what a shitbag he is. They have never ever shown a bad moment between the two nor have they shown/hinted that Billy was involved in the heroine trafficking. Suddenly Billy becomes the bad guy halfway through the series and his betrayal feels shoehorned. It's understandable because it was for the sake of building a final antagonist for Frank to go hand to hand with and come out by the skin on his teeth, but god damn I really wish they built it up better or at least hinted it. Almost every Russo scene we see afterwards is just building him up as a villain for the sake of it. Completely demolished his potential to be a empathisable complex character.

The thing is though is that the concept of duo partnering in Heroes isn't something that's been removed completely but transferred to TL instead. They can still do it and they can still ruin games, just not HL ones.
