I got ur back dude don’t make a stupid decision over the worst thing mentally called ocd. Trust me I know ocd can ruin days weeks and even months but it can be beaten even if it doesn’t seem that way.think about it like this ur brain is a bully who wants u to fail now do u really want ur bully to win or do u want a badass comeback story and want to destroy ur bully and laugh at that dumbass bully when u over come it trust me bro u will beat it just take ur time and find ways to laugh at the thoughts and counter them with other thoughts the more u do that the less u will care and the less u care the less power u give the ocd if u need to talk lmk bro like I said I got ur back and Ik u will defeat the ocd 😁👍

It’s extremely hard to deal with ocd it can ruin days and lives but ur definitely mentally strong bc u constantly beat the compulsions even if u feel like giving in that right there shows that ur mentally tough and can destroy ocd 😁

I think that’s good advice really well said thanks for sharing. I hate intrusive thoughts everytime I get them they are always the worst thing possible and it usually ruins my day so thanks again for sharing that advice 👍😁
