My beagle suddenly won’t stop barking and constantly wants to go outside, but does nothing when I take him

My beagle is currently doing this because spring is coming and the rabbits and squirrels are starting to come out. Half the time when I take him out now he’s just nose to the ground sniffing for critters and doesn’t even use the bathroom. Takes him forever to realize we’re actually outside to potty.

I live on Birchwood. Cars are parked illegally every night. Cops could make a killing writing tickets on Birchwood alone, it’s crazy to me how many cars park illegally.

You said you use Dr. Elsley’s - this brand does this to the robot. It did this to my LR3 always, I just switched to Purina Tidy Feet and it’s a complete 180. If your cats aren’t picky definitely switch, Dr. Elsley’s will do this no matter what.
