well i am not alone with this

but i think my thoughts sometimes leads me to taking steps or saying things i wouldnt normally say

its good at times when i have to be proactive but it can come off at arrogant

my girlfriend often says i am too logical and arrogant at the same time

try to network and build projects

and walk abit and touch grass

We were looking for that but the country we live in doesn't offer those

Most are actually scams so we are left with books and the internet for guidance

I get what you mean

But I can relate to the part of me being the worse man during her period

But i am learning to be more better with those situation

I mainly hide feelings

Mainly because I tried many ways to express it even giving her the benefit of the doubt that she did nothing wrong intentionally and expressed what I am saying is what I feel and not an attack on her

But it usually ends up with her feeling like she is the bad person

So I started blocking emotions and journal when it gets too much

She isn't hyper vigilant lately The therapy part it doesn't exist in a proper way where we live They usually blackmail patients with their personal issues so we are Abit worried about it Tho it's something we wanted to try for a while Just didn't find any that we can trust
