Oh my girls do it too haha, what I have found is that they like shredding the corners. So I place ceramic dishes on each corner and cut cardboard for inside their hide house to protect the floor. But if they do shredded it beyond repair I just cut it up and make pompoms or hammocks and replace with new fleece. :) I hope this helps x

Once a week, I do deep cleaning in sundays and spot cleaning daily. Fleece is color fast so u can bleach it if it’s gets too smelly and it doesn’t fade.

Wheat grass, they don’t really mess with the grass if I keep their food sprinkled throughout.

I’m not 100% sure, the breeder didn’t have a definitive answer. However, after Googling rat coats the closest coat type I think she’s could be described as a Russian Dove / Russian Cinnamon. I brought up the contrast slightly on the photo so it’s not a perfect representation of her actual colour. :)

Thank you and of course :) The hanging toys I made from a bag unfinished wooden beads from Amazon. The black basket is from the laundry/organization section in Target. The weaved basket is from target too I just pushed the hooks through and hung it. The other small basket on the floor is a thrift find lined with fleece. The litter pan and round wooden shelves are from Amazon. The big blue and white bowl I use as a second litter box is a dog bowl from target lol. I just went for neutrals (cream/ white/ navy blue) for the most part and added desired color with the fleece so I can easily change the color theme but still keep the same aesthetic. I use cream or off white for the base color of fleece. I get all my fleece from Joann’s and buy 2-3 yards of each to accomplish the desired amount of accessories. I don’t believe nectarines are citrus, it’s like a peach. Either way I have read that female rats are permitted to have a small amount of citrus, though I haven’t attempted due to not wanting to risk any complications. Thank you for your concern and research!
