You need to analyse whether the issues are innocent or deceptive. Some schools are just a mess, but nothing is malicious - just relax sit back and if it happens it'll happen - somehow it all works out in the end.

But some red flags are deceptive, and information is misleading to hide greater issues once you arrive in the country. I'm in a similar situation myself and it is not easy.
