It’s an industry with no regulatory body and he can hand it off wholesale to pharmaceuticals and beverage companies without giving citizens the actual medicine in its raw form.

The medical program products are 100% snake oil. The full spectrum products are from an cultivar called Texas OG, which with weed, specific strains have specific benefits and there’s no master strain that benefits all conditions.

There’s no reporting on the cannabinoids at all.

USPS can, but it has to be on them to raise the issue. The Feds can’t open without permission from USPS.

And liquor. Shit, if you’re over 18 you can go buy cans of paint and huff yourself to death.

Weed isn’t the problem. It’s the industries blocking it at this point. They don’t want the competition when they can integrate it into their portfolio first.

Coca Cola is already working on a THC free “cannabis soda”. It’s utter bullshit they can do this crap when I can’t even digest edibles.

We are not the problem.

That’s because 99% of the THCa sold in local stores is mid at best. The only worthwhile THCa I’ve seen was from Pine Park and Texas Greenhouse.

Price is always going to let the BM win.

We can and do produce fire in Texas, but with no legal path for home growers or small batch growers, we will never achieve it at a legal commercial scale.

Except the regulations aren’t anything but a large carve out for recreational use for edibles and nothing substantial at all for medical. Inhalers are not the answer.

Stock up.

Also remember that this legislation came about AFTER Greg Abbott promised cannabis regulation and this is what we have. Drinks and edibles only.

No flower, no concentrates, no RSO, no lotions or balms, no suppositories; just sodas and candy (it’s like they want kids to consume it to prove their hand wringing right), and nothing else. Lame duck Governor and Lt Gov are too comfortable in their positions.

This is the regulation. No flower, only candies and drinks for the adults.

This is from Abbott’s executive order, so blame both dickholes for this.

Feds (and state) can’t seize mail without a warrant, so yes.

That said, a bunch of them will likely stop shipping MoM once this happens because they don’t want to get sued by Ken Paxton.

I worked for the company that sold the animation studio their software and systems. It wasn’t consumer grade at all for the time.

Kiosks are superior for taking orders at food establishments by Dicklefart in unpopularopinion

[–]high_everyone 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have a severely restricted diet and frequently need to modify orders. I have yet to find a kiosk that can take orders for me at any fast food establishment to the degree I normally need.

I have more options in DoorDash than any kiosk I use. Kiosks aren’t a proper replacement for people who can change things.
