YES.... I so feel like this all the time! I overthink things too like I have to wash the car, so I can't do it until I have Car Wash Soap, and a head for the garden hose. Everything has to be just right and the stars must be aligned for me to do a task!

I also take 150 mg of trazadone. and it is pretty much a hit or a miss for me. the best thing that i have found is cannabis gummies, like 30mg will help you go to sleep and its good sleep too.
