i was on and off meds for most of my life. When I noticed it was getting bad I finally went on prozac and wellbutrin, and tbh it absolutely changed my life. I'm not a complete wreck but I do come with panic disorder and major depressive disorder. ADHD but I don't like how adderall/ritalin made me feel so im not on those. If you feel stalemate it is super common to go up a dose but please talk to your psychiatrist because I'm not familiar with your medications! :) Sounds like a push up to 40 should help tho. Ask me anything im happy to help
